The harvest is done early in the morning, to keep the grapes fruity and fresh.
Skin maceration of 10 to 12 hours in thermo-regulated and inert stainless steel tanks.
Fermentation at low temperature (16-18°c). Aging on lees.
The result of this vinification brings to our white wine, fruity, roundness, fat and suppleness.

Palate: Pleasant, silky and fine body, aromas of exotic fruits
To be served cool, this wine can be enjoyed on its own, as an aperitif, or with a seafood dish for example.
