Winemaking
The harvest is done early in the morning, to keep the grapes fruity and fresh.
Skin maceration of 10 to 12 hours in thermo-regulated and inert stainless steel tanks.
Fermentation at low temperature (16-18°c). Aging on lees.
The result of this vinification brings to our white wine, fruity, roundness, fat and suppleness.
One percentage obtained by pressing, the other by bleeding.

Nose: Fruity and expressive
Palate: Fat, fruity and long
To be served cool. A round clairet, elegant, fruity and pleasant to drink. Serve with a meal, from appetizers to dessert.
