Hand harvested- Picked several times a day –
Aging in fine-grained French oak barrels for 12 months.
Tasting
See : Velvety color, very deep, purple.
Nose : Bright, crisp on a bouquet of red and black jammy fruits, figs, black cherries, the woodiness is perfectly melted and reveals itself with notes of coffee, caramel, toast, roasted.
Palate : Fat, velvety, heady wine on an extreme complexity of aromas (fruity, toasted), very greedy until the end of the tasting, perfectly melted tonic streetcar.
To be enjoyed with prime rib, near veal, cheese of character.
