Sight: beautiful ruby colour, brilliant, with purple reflections.

Nose: Can be kept for a while, it will need to be decanted a little to appreciate its complex, fresh bouquet with balanced notes of red fruit, vanilla, and lightly caramelised.

Palate: A fruity, airy, fresh wine, structured but without opulence. This wine remains fresh with fine, elegant tannins. Beautiful complexity on this product, the barrel accompanies and underlines the fruit without ever dominating it.

This wine goes perfectly with meat in sauce, with spicy dishes or with cheeses with character.
