Variety:80% Merlot/20% Caberne

Vinification: harvest early morning, to keep the fruity and freshness of the grape. Maceration for 10 to 12h in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to insure the extraction of tannins and color. Fermentation at low temperature (16-18 ° C).

Tasting:
View: clear, bright garnet color.
Nose: fruity and expressive.
Mouth: oily, fruity and long.
Food: To enjoy throughout a meal from appetizer to poultry or white meat.
Serve chilled 12-14°c.
