Product: Château du Garde – AOC Bordeaux Blanc Sec

Surface : 2,5 ha

Variety:60% Sémillon/40% Sauvigno

Vinification : harvest early morning, to keep the fruity and freshness of the grape. Maceration for 10 to 12h in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to insure the extraction of tannins and color. Fermentation at low temperature (16-18 ° C).

Tasting:
View: clear, bright, yellow-green color.
Bouquet: fine, fruity and fresh.
Mouth: early mouth pleasant, silky and fine body. Exotic fruit flavors from beginning to final.
Food: To enjoy as an aperitif or with sea fruits.
Serve chilled 12-14°c.
